The material consists of five elements, all or some of the following: facts, perceptions, processes, procedures and rules. The training material follows sequence and fragmentation method in which fragmentation of the material to parts then sequenced these seminars in a series as a story. The lens of knowledge is used by starting  each seminar with mentioning the principles and basic ideas connected with the previous lesson and then move to the details with examples and then finish with summaries and link them to the next lesson

Summary in which it is often the contents of the course the trainer briefly reviews and links among the items followed by a short period of questions about any unclear points or need to clarify

Language must be free of linguistic, grammatical  and spelling errors; if the trainer has not got precise knowledge of the language, it is advisable to seek help from a language specialist to review and correct these errors, if any, and it should be a brief, concise language

Ø  Reduce the amount of numbers on the slides

Ø  Use graphics and charts to illustrate numbers and crucial figures

Ø  Well-designed slides have sufficient white space

Ø  Overuse of words or images on the slides make a reverse reaction of the visual fatigue which it is subjected to

Ø  Use of font size (24) minimum

Ø   Headings and sub-headings need and a larger font size
