Conditions for accreditation of a trainer

for the American International Center for Training in the Middle East

        Having received accredited certificate from the center or its equivalent (licensed by one of the world training parties)

         Signing of a coach agreement

        Commitment to the center charter

       Commitment to the system of good ethics and behavior

         Commitment to the rules of accreditation

      The trainer must have got acceptable experience in the training arena and a good number of trainees

        The trainer’s commitment to following up development, participating in news and responding to all letters received or converting them to be answered

       The trainer's commitment to favoring work with the center and supplying it with the necessary expertise as possible

   The trainer's commitment to examine the values of the investment programs offered by her or him in order to avoid affecting negatively the center’s other trainers

      The trainer’s commitment to receive the representatives of the center once a year, and the cost of travel and stay for only one day and provide the necessary facilities for the termination of her or his mission

      The trainer’s commitment in the time of need to carry out one mission per year for the Center, which is limited to or by sending someone to examine from another trainer’s work in their commitment to the standards agreed upon

         The trainer's commitment to the annual membership fee / $ 100 /

        The trainer's commitment to attend the annual conference or send her or his representative in the event of an apology before fifteen day

         To have in her or his bag a training material accredited or more

Papers required for the accreditation of the American international Center in the Middle East

        A bilingual comprehensive resume (Arabic and English)

       Copy of ID card or passport

       Copies of the certifications acquired (scientific - in the area of human development (a trainee course)

        A recommendation from one of accredited centers or trainers

      The first file-based accredited training material for the trainer

The approved trainer’s obligations for the American International Center for Training in the Middle East

        100 U.S. dollars accreditation fee for the trainer

         Accreditation of the training material fees 50$

         Each trainer receives an accreditation certificate to prove it

        When creating some new training material and adding it to the accredited training bag, it will be included in the site, under the name of the trainer, and thereby it will be accredited then send the trainees’ certifications of that material through post, signed by the trainer of the material

       Fees for trainers certificate ($ 20 with the addition of freight)

         the certificate fees for the trainees (approximately 25 U.S. dollars) paid to the trainer

Charters and conditions

  American International Center for Training in the Middle East adopts a system of ethics and level of behavior based on the basic standards of human development trainers for the granting of the certificate and membership which are the following:

         Commitment to the vision and objectives of the center

         commitment to the center’s message, values and principles

       I will not present any professional information or advice as I know it is misleading or estimating its extent of accuracy is outside the scope of my major

         I will not seek obtaining any information by any use of my position without my right to have it

       To obey laws within the scope of my powers and will not advise or assist any person to act in any way contrary to these laws and to inform the individuals concerned in the event of knowing any scientific acts are illegal

       I perform my professional duties in a manner not to cause any harm to the status of the profession

         I will not misinterpret my professional qualifications, experience as a professional trainer or fall behind my contributions on the areas of my expertise

         I appreciate and respect the work of others

         Meeting my work and duties is my responsibility and to tell others about relevant parts of my job to which they are entitled and they need

     I will not accept any job feel that it is beyond my abilities to perform or cannot terminate within the time frame appropriate to accommodate the trainees

·        Make sure to keep my trainees informed about the necessary expertise and professional knowledge with regard to the current task set by the hands

        Respect commercial side of my duties towards trainees, to fulfill all contractual agreements and the requirements of confidentiality and to safeguard the confidentiality of trainees and other companies

         Commitment to transfer any letters sent to me mistakenly to the center to be answered

         I will not accept any work feel immoral or use the resources I know that it belongs to others

         Try to avoid conflicts of interest and to inform potential conflicts occur at the center

         The center has got the right to reject any application for membership if there are grounds to do so

         Center membership is conditional on the commitment to its charter, regulations and ethics

        The center maintains the right to suspend or revoke the membership of individuals and institutions in the case of a breach of system status, regulations and ethical charter, or in the event of delay in payment of financial commitments

·        When the membership is suspended, the trainer whose membership is suspended must refrain from the use of the center's name, title, slogan, its advantages or  concerns

        When cancelling the membership, the trainer whose membership is cancelled must abstain from the use of the center's name, title, slogan or advantages to the center and restore membership certifications and every article related 

Standards to address the violations of the center trainers

        When there is a breach, there will be specific steps to address and identify them; the Arbitration board of the center will conduct the necessary procedure as appropriate

       Trainers will be treated and corresponded respectfully, even if found violating the standards, and the necessary action will be taken respectfully in order till settling the matter 

        The center trainers must be informed to all events relating to any violations by the service department where the department is trained to send all correspondence on the subject of the breach

     In the interests of the center trainers, we will be serious to make sure that all the center trainers committed to standards and ethics of training and to address decisively and quickly

Training the approved material by the International Center through the way it seems appropriate to its trainees

Granting its of trainees a certificate of attendance from the American International Center for Trainingsigned under the name of the trainer training approved by the American International Center exclusively under the title of the approved training material

The approved trainer has the right to declare of itself as an approved trainer from the American International Center for Training in the Middle East, and then grant a certificate to prove its reliability and the consequent payment of fees

 
The approved trainer has the right to declare of itself as an approved trainer in all parts of the world from the American International Center for Trainingafter undergoing training course for trainers for and the success rate of not less than 90% conducted by the American International Center for Training the exclusive agent Dr. Yousef  Manafikhi and gives a certificate to prove its reliability and global implications of the trainer and the payment of fees which is entitled to the granting of a world certificate signed on her or his behalf and on behalf of the administrator of the American International Center for Training in the Middle East

The approved trainer has the right to endorse qualified trainers to be approved for the American International Center for Training in the Middle East

The more trainer’s activity and having more training bags under her or his name and the number of trainers who grant their recommendation of their distinctiveness, the more her or his account increases for joining certified trainers course throughout the world and getting a distinct discount rate
